Why We Request Gmail Access
After you connect your Google account, PitchRight securely reads job-related email conversations to identify previous applications, avoid duplicate outreach, and keep your application history organized in one place. We also use your permission to send personalized application and follow-up emails that you choose to send directly from your Gmail account.
How Your Data Is Used
Gmail information is used only to provide PitchRight's core features, including application tracking, resume matching, personalized email generation, and managing your job application workflow. We never use your Gmail data for advertising, marketing, or profiling.
Your Privacy & Control
Your Gmail data is never sold or shared with third parties. You remain in full control of your account and can revoke Google access at any time through your Google Account settings. For any privacy questions, contact support@pitchright.in .
